Intellectual-property & DMCA notices
If you are a rights holder (including Ubisoft) and believe content in the App infringes your rights, email support@siegecodex.com with the subject line "IP / DMCA Notice" and include:
- identification of the work or material you believe is infringed;
- the specific location (URL or screen) of the material in the App;
- your contact information (name, email);
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
The operator will review and, where appropriate, remove or disable the reported material, and reserves the right to comply with any Ubisoft request to modify or remove content without prior notice to users.
