TERMS OF USE

1. Independent, unaffiliated project

Siege Codex is an independent, fan-made application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by Ubisoft Entertainment. Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six® Siege and all related operators, weapons, gadgets, maps, artwork, logos, and marks are the property of Ubisoft and are referenced only for identification, under nominative fair use. Nothing here grants you any license to Ubisoft's intellectual property.

2. Eligibility & access

Anyone may create a free account. Your account and access are personal, revocable, and non-transferable. The configured minimum account age is 13; the signup server enforces the same number before storing account data. Invite codes issued during the earlier private alpha may still be honored but are no longer required. The former Alpha Confidentiality Agreement and non-compete are not required by the current App.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the App to cheat, exploit, or violate Ubisoft's Terms of Use, EULA, or Code of Conduct;
• interfere with, modify, or attempt to connect the App to the Rainbow Six Siege game client or Ubisoft services;
• scrape, reverse-engineer, resell, or attempt to derive the source or design of the App;
• upload unlawful, infringing, harassing, or malicious content; or
• attempt to access accounts, data, or areas you are not authorized to access.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the strategies, notes, and media you create in the App ("Your Content"). You grant the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, and process Your Content solely to operate the App and provide it to the audience you choose — kept private, shared with your squad, or published to the App's public library. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to share it. Do not upload content that infringes a third party's rights.

5. Availability & changes

The App is an actively developed service provided on an evolving basis. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the App may be unavailable. The Operator may modify or discontinue the App, or update these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Termination

The Operator may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms.
