PRIVACY POLICY

1. Information we collect

• Account data — username, sign-in email, name, date of birth/age-gate result, optional private phone, and credentials handled by our authentication provider, plus optional profile fields (display name, bio, avatar).
• Content you create — strategies, notes, favorites, ratings, comments, and any images or video you upload.
• Squad & match activity — friends, invites, match sessions, and round logs you generate in the App.
• Technical data — session cookies and standard server logs (e.g., IP address and timestamp) needed to run and secure the service. Your legal consent record stores a timestamp and browser user-agent to satisfy clickwrap standards.

2. How we use it

We use this information only to operate, secure, and improve the App: to authenticate you, store and display your content to the audience you choose (kept private, shared with your squad, or published to the App's public library), enforce account access rules and the legal gate, and diagnose problems. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not run third-party advertising networks in the App.

3. Where it is stored & who processes it

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers, currently Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage) and Vercel (application hosting). These providers process data on our behalf to run the service. Access controls (row-level security) restrict data to authorized users.

4. Retention & your choices

We retain your account and content while your account is active. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at support@siegecodex.com. You can create and cancel an account-deletion request from Settings. A protected cleanup process cancels linked billing, queues media removal, removes database rows, and then removes the login. Limited security, legal, or backup records may remain where required.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), a strict content security policy, and database access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and signup enforces the minimum account age. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will remove it.
