Siege Codex is an independent, fan-made companion application (the "App") owned and operated by an independent organization (the "Operator"). The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by, reviewed by, or otherwise associated with Ubisoft Entertainment SA, its parent, its subsidiaries, its affiliates, or any of its officers, employees, or representatives (collectively, "Ubisoft").
Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six® Siege ("R6" or "Siege"), including all related characters, operators, weapons, gadgets, maps, artwork, logos, music, video, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, and related intellectual property (collectively, the "Ubisoft IP"), is the sole and exclusive property of Ubisoft. All Ubisoft names and marks referenced within the App are used for identification and descriptive purposes only, under the doctrine of nominative fair use, and remain the exclusive property of their respective owner. Nothing in the App shall be construed as granting any license or right to use any of the Ubisoft IP.
The App is provided as a companion tool for community members to plan, analyze, and coordinate their own gameplay. Users remain solely responsible for compliance with Ubisoft’s Terms of Use, Code of Conduct, End-User License Agreement, and all other applicable Ubisoft policies while playing Rainbow Six Siege. Nothing in the App is intended to modify, replace, or interfere with the game client, Ubisoft services, or Ubisoft servers, and use of the App for cheating, exploiting, or violating Ubisoft’s policies is expressly prohibited.
If Ubisoft requests that any content in the App be modified or removed, the Operator reserves the right to comply with any such request without notice to users. If you believe any content in the App infringes your rights, contact the Operator using the email address listed in Settings.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE OPERATOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.
