DELETE YOUR SIEGE CODEX ACCOUNT

Request from the website

1. Sign in to Siege Codex, then open Settings.
2. Open the App & support tab and scroll to Account. In the account deletion section (expand Request account deletion if it is collapsed), type your username and enter your current password, then choose Request deletion.
3. An administrator completes the protected account, billing and uploaded-media cleanup. Requesting deletion is not an immediate deletion confirmation.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@siegecodex.com with the subject “Siege Codex account deletion”, your username and the sign-in email associated with the account. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Never send your password, recovery code or payment-card details.

For access problems, you can also use password recovery or Help.

What happens to your data

Completed deletion removes or de-identifies active account data through the protected cleanup process, including the account’s strategies and uploaded media as applicable. Billing and ownership dependencies may need to be resolved first. We will not delete another member’s account or content to complete your request.

Restricted recovery backups may retain data after active-account deletion. Payment, tax, refund, dispute, fraud-prevention and legal records may be retained in pseudonymous form for up to seven years after a transaction, or longer where law or an active claim requires it. Copies of public content or messages already received by other users may remain in their records. See the Privacy Policy for the retention details.

Pending requests and subscriptions

You can cancel a request while it is pending. Once processing starts, cancellation may no longer be available. An account-deletion request does not itself confirm that a subscription has been cancelled; check the billing status or contact support. Store-managed purchases and refunds remain subject to the relevant store’s controls.
